Manage escalated support tickets and provide assistance through various channels, including on-site visits; resolve complex technical issues and document solutions.
Proficient in Windows OS, Windows Server, Office 365, networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls), and virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V.
Experienced with security solutions (EDR, MDR, DNS filtering), backup tools (Veeam, Datto), VoIP systems, Linux, mobile OS, and cloud services like Cloudflare and cPanel.
At least 3 years of IT experience, relevant education, strong communication and customer service skills, Microsoft certification (or willingness to obtain), and a valid Manitoba driver’s license.
